Physical properties: White cardboard is a thick and strong paper with a large quantitative, usually between 210-400g/㎡. Its thickness and strength make it highly durable and burst-resistant.
Surface characteristics: The surface of white cardboard is smooth, and after calendering or embossing, it has high smoothness and delicate texture. Its fiber structure is uniform, the surface layer is composed of fillers and rubber, and after multi-roll calendering, the quality is dense and the thickness is uniform.
Color and transparency: White cardboard has high requirements for whiteness, and the whiteness of grade A is not less than 92%, grade B is not less than 87%, and grade C is not less than 82%. Its high whiteness provides a bright background, making the printed text and images clearer and more prominent.
Printing adaptability: White cardboard has good adsorption of printing ink and is suitable for a variety of printing methods, such as offset printing, gravure printing, screen printing, etc. Its smooth surface and good printing adaptability make the printed products more exquisite and the colors more vivid.
